My Project
Every day, my students choose to show up despite the odds they face, with poverty, unstable housing, and past academic struggles. They're not just returning to school; they're fighting for a future many told them wasn't possible.
Nintendo Switch Lites and iPad mini's will serve as motivational tools in our DORP program.
Incentives aren't just fun, but a means of recognition. Telling our students, "We see you. Your effort matters." Each reward is more than a prize. It's a turning point for a student who may never be celebrated doing the right thing!
