This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our bilingual third-grade classroom, students work hard every day to achieve their goals. To keep them motivated and engaged, I am requesting incentives to celebrate their efforts and achievements.
Small rewards such as stickers, books, and fun classroom supplies, will encourage positive behavior, academic growth, and perseverance.
These incentives will help boost confidence, reinforce good study habits, and create a supportive learning environment where students feel recognized and valued.
