This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My third graders are full of energy, curiosity, and potential—and they thrive when their efforts are recognized and celebrated. With your support, I’d love to create a classroom incentive system that motivates students to stay engaged, work hard, and support one another in their learning journeys.

From small treasures like small treats such as candies or chocolates, and stickers, pencils, and erasers to larger rewards like books, fidget toys, or classroom coupons, these incentives help build a positive classroom culture.

They encourage responsibility, kindness, perseverance, and a love of learning. Whether it's earning points for teamwork, completing a challenging task, or showing growth, every reward is tied to something meaningful.

These small but powerful items can make a big impact—especially for students who need extra encouragement or don't always receive it elsewhere. Your donation will help me keep our classroom joyful, focused, and full of high-fives for a job well done!
