This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, effort, perseverance, and positive behavior deserve to be recognized! That’s why we use a treasure box filled with exciting rewards to keep students motivated and engaged in their learning.

This project will help stock our treasure box with student-favorite incentives like slime, squishies, plushies, and bracelets—fun, tangible rewards that encourage participation, responsibility, and academic growth.

When students know their hard work will be acknowledged, they’re more likely to stay on task, challenge themselves, and develop a love for learning.
