Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are really great kids. They just lack the incentive to study hard and get the good grades I know they are capable of getting!
I will get them motivated to learn and participate in class by having a class auction each quarter.
They get to earn points to get rewards through class dojo. The way they earn points is to answer questions and have good behavior. They really get motivated when there are things like Takis and magnets to buy. They love being able to buy things with their points.
