My Project

My students are energetic, curious, and eager to learn. They thrive when they are motivated and have hands-on, sensory-friendly tools to help them stay engaged and focused. Many of my students benefit from positive reinforcement and sensory outlets to support their emotional and academic growth.

To help keep students motivated and excited about learning, I am requesting a variety of rewards and sensory tools, including pop bracelet rewards, dabber markers, fidget toys, prizes, stickers, a sticker chart for a classroom "sticker store," slime, and playdough.

The pop bracelets and fidget toys will serve as quiet, effective tools to help students self-regulate their emotions and stay focused during lessons. Dabber markers will make learning activities — especially in math, reading, and art — even more engaging and interactive. Stickers and the sticker store chart will allow students to work toward personal goals and celebrate their achievements with a tangible, visual reward system.

Slime and playdough will provide calming sensory experiences that students can use as part of self-regulation breaks or earn as special prizes. These materials not only motivate students but also promote fine motor skills and creativity.
