This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to teach my students about being a part of a classroom community and the importance of appropriate classroom behavior.

Therefore, when my students achieve 10 points for good behavior, I'd like to reward them with a small gift such as a toy or stickers.

Rewards help increase their intrinsic motivation.

My students are loving, sweet, and vary in age. They live in a low-income community, and I want to establish a nice classroom for them to learn in. With that said, a nice comfortable rug would be a great addition to our reading space.
