Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My classroom is made up of a diverse group of 23 kindergartners who are enthusiastic about learning. I am blessed to teach in a supportive district. I have the pleasure of working with a vibrant group of children. I have always had a passion to be a teacher and strive to embed the importance of being a life long learner to my students. I love to spark their curiosity with fun and engaging lessons that will help them be the leaders of tomorrow.
My kindergartners are always encouraging and motivating each other to always try their best and to persevere.
It is vital for me to keep my students actively engaged with meaningful hands-on experiences. My goal is to capture fun and new ideas from the Get Your Teach On national conference and bring back the joy of learning for all my present and future students.
My Project
I want to provide my students with hands-on learning experiences that will keep them engaged throughout their learning journey! The focus of this conference sets the stage to engage and optimize student growth! I am on the hunt for fresh, fun, and innovative ideas to help me learn and grow throughout my profession. I am also eager to better my teaching and grow and learn with my students because as educators we are lifelong learners.
By attending the Get Your Teach On 4 day national conference I will discover strategies to actively engage learners, and gain awesome educational opportunities.
