This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, hard work and perseverance are celebrated daily. My students are amazing individuals who thrive when their efforts are recognized and rewarded. By creating a vibrant rewards system with fun, meaningful incentives, I aim to keep their motivation high and their learning journey exciting.

Classroom rewards serve many purposes, including boosting students' self-esteem, encouraging positive behavior, and motivating them academically.

I’m requesting supplies for a rewards system that will encourage and celebrate my students’ efforts and achievements. Rewards will include a mix of small items (stickers, pens, fidget toys) and bigger incentives (small toys, notebooks, art supplies) to keep them motivated throughout the year.

With your generous support, we can celebrate my students’ successes and inspire them to reach their full potential. Every child deserves to feel seen and valued for their hard work.
