My Students
In my school many of my students come without the supplies and materials they need to learn. I am teaching my students remotely during this first quarter of this school year. We may or may not go back together to class. With that being said, my concern that my students will be at disadvantage in this remote instruction as they don't have access to classroom materials. Students who rely upon school resources are scrambling to find alternatives.
My Project
Most of my students live below the poverty line and cannot afford to buy all the materials they would normally have access to in the classroom such as pencils, pens, papers, binders. This project will help them with resources they need to be successful while they learn from home as well as when we return to the classroom.
My students need to see that even though they are learning virtually, they still can have the same resources and materials as if they were at school.
I am asking for help to make sure that my students will be able to have the necessary supplies to be successful during this remote learning.
