My Project
Our classroom serves a wide range of learners, including those with various developmental delays and disabilities. With these STEM bin materials, including LEGOs, stacking rocks, bristle blocks, and brain flakes, our students will have the opportunity to engage in tactile learning and engagement opportunities as soon as they enter their classroom in the morning.
Tactile learning opportunities are highly engaging and prepare students to begin their school day attentive and engaged in academic activities.
Providing a learning environment that is rich in activities that target tactile and kinesthetic learners will set them up for success. These materials will also serve as items used for brain breaks and sensory seeking opportunities.
