My Students
Students in our school are exposed to technology in the classroom everyday. Most of our students do not have the same access at home. However, these students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. We need to provide them with the tools to make it!
My Project
My students need iPod touch players to be engaged with STEM activities using technology. These Apple iPod Touch Players will be used to scan QR codes for reading opportunities, to video record learning experiences and sharing with peers. They will be used for any other educational content work that requires my students to use technology to expand and explore their knowledge and imaginations. Having these additional technology resource would greatly support and increase my students' learning experiences. These player/recorders can also be used in video production in conjunction with the Sling Studio hub. Students would be able to connect and record from various angles.
