This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school is an amazing family. We are a Title I school located in Saginaw, TX. We are a brand new campus; we opened just this school year in August of 2023. It has truly been a joy to watch our student body grow and become a family.
We need more drums because our new campus is continuously getting new students.
We have grown by almost a third just this school year and are expected to have even more students next year. The number of drums I have is not enough for all the students to participate in our end-of-the-year show.
Your donations will go toward purchasing more drums and sticks in order that all students may be included in our end-of-the-year performance.
