Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are going to start the new school year with an emphasis on creating a hands-on STEAM learning experience. These materials will be used to create tubs for hands-on math learning and also fulilling a sensory enriched learning expereience for my students.
The colored tubs and kinetic sands will be used to create sensory tubs where my students will learn math and science skills through a hands-on learning experience.
The Little Tikes Island Water Table will be used during our Dinosaur and Sea Animal Science units where students will be able to dig for dinosaurs, identify various sea animals.
