My Project
In order to incorporate independent reading into my history curriculum, I have been collecting books that pertain to the time periods and topics covered in my AP U.S. History, World History, and Human Geography classes. So far I have collected over 1,100 books and continually receive more donations. The only problem is, I need more bookshelves to display the books for my students so they can easily browse through them. I need to get shelves that are large, sturdy, and easy to assemble. These shelves should meet all of those needs, and allow my students to browse the titles and pick out a book, or two, that interest them. These shelves will help more students have access to books.
