My Students
Do you remember what it was like when you first discovered books and reading? The students in my Pre K class love to visit our classroom library, but we are running short on books for them. Please help us get some new and exciting books to enjoy.
My class is comprised of 22 4 and 5 year olds who are very excited to be in school for the first time.
Some are beginning to read and some just love to look at the pictures. They love to visit the library during center time and these new books would keep them reading.
My Project
I would like to get a set of theme books for our library. Each week our theme changes and these books would keep the library fresh and exciting. The themes included are seasons, weather, sea life, transportation, all about me, nutrition, bugs, space, and wild animals.
As a Pre K teacher, one of my goals is to make my students as excited to read as I am.
My children love books with bright, beautiful pictures so these would be the prefect addition. Please help me keep our library a new and exciting place to visit!
