My Students
My scholars are explorers, creators, and innovators. My students work hard to see what is beyond the words on a page. The classroom serves as their place to learn, grow, and develop a voice. As leaders, they take the time to critically analyze works of art and present their findings in a beautiful fashion of writing.
My Project
That is part of the beauty of all literature. You discover that your longings are universal longings, that you're not lonely and isolated from anyone" (F. Scott Fitzgerald). As one can see, literature is powerful. It brings thoughts and ideas to the surface. It sparks conversations and encourages student voice.
The materials selected give scholars the opportunity to develop their own character, ideas, and perspectives.
It gives them a chance to discover and pose questions about the world that we live in. The novels highlight the voices of individuals who are the same and different from them. By providing a collection of novels to learners, they will have the opportunity to grow as scholars academically, emotionally, and socially. Let's give our scholars the opportunity to read a plethora of novels that will only encourage our readers to speak, read, and learn continuously.
