This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are scattered throughout our school's neighboring city. We are learning virtually through synchronous and asynchronous learning settings.

Our major point of access comes via Remind, Zoom, Google Classroom, and district apps used through Clever.

Much of their learning is done at their own pace.

My Project

Using a small screen on my laptop doesn't help with all the applications I am running for my students. Doubling the screens will lessen the dependance on my smaller screen and ease the strain on my eyes. This is meant to enhance my instruction while keeping my desktop more organized as I present to my students.

This monitor will enable me to organize my digital content better as I meet with my students virtually.

I am constantly sharing parts of my screen to help them navigate the digital content I want them to complete.
