Money, Maps, and Magnetic Manipulatives, Builds Confidence and Competency

Help me give my students teaching tools and supplies for financial, geographic and writing lessons. This includes dry erase boards, magnetic money, a wall map, and more.

My Project

2nd Grade Standards require students to count to 1000, add and subtract two digit numbers up to 20 by memory, tell time, add money, etc. Geography and Daily Writing practices are additional standards that we focus on in class.

Our students have rich and diverse cultures, languages and come from many different places around the world.

We will utilize these items (dry erase boards, math and geography supplies, etc.) to bring awareness and familiarity to our class community.

These tools will give them first hand experience and practice in learning the above standards, while allowing for fun and learning to happen simultaneously.
