My Project
With your help I will be able to increase the number activities that are available to my students during their modified and adaptive physical education class times. Some of my students are unable to participate with their peers outside due to their physical disabilities; so I would like to give them more options that they otherwise would not have had.
Items like the yoga mats, putting practice, mini trampoline, and stacking cups were all picked with the idea of working specific muscle groups that my students do not use frequently.
My goal is to improve each students' physical health which will in-turn improve their mental health. These improvements can help my students throughout the day make better choices and function better in their other classes.
