My Students
My school is located in Co-Op City in the Bronx. We are a Title I school with a large percentage of students who come from lower-income families. I work in a self-contained classroom with up to 12 students who are generally very happy, creative, and spirited. They benefit from visual learning, tactile learning, and in-depth explanation of new material, and more.
My Project
Each year I love giving my students new and innovative resources, activities, projects and tasks. While I create the majority of these myself, there are times where either my skills or my inspiration is lacking. Several years ago I discovered the wonderful world of Teachers Pay Teachers. This resources is excellent for teachers looking for well made resources, tasks, quizzes etc.
With this gift card I will be able to supplement my personal stash of resources that I have made with excellent implements made by teachers for teachers and the great part is I can modify for my students!
In the past I have utilized Teachers Pay Teacher for decor, reference charts, tasks, activities that are an excellent supplement and add a lot of value to my students learning!
