Thank you for taking the time to look at the items for my classroom project.
My students have complex and complicated lives outside of my classroom, the last thing I want is for them to worry about remembering a pencil or buying a folder for my classroom.
I operate a modern classroom in a Title 1 school. Modern classrooms deliver the lesson via videos created by the classroom teacher. I have switched to this model because of the high absences in our school. My school’s boundaries include the Children’s Home, meaning we have an incredibly high number of transient students and foster students. Some of them only have the clothes they are wearing with no means of getting the basic school supplies. Students utilize my classroom headphones constantly and they breakdown quickly. Currently I have 5 working headphones to offer my students. Students are asked to keep their notes in a folder, but many cannot get the folder required. I would love to be able to have a classroom supply of folders, pencils, and markers for them. They also need a a power strip tower.
