This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students because they are so passionate about their favorite music. From The Beatles to BTS to Beyonce and Beyond, my students are inspired by the music and the artists that speak to them. That is why I'm excited that my Modern Band class will allow them to explore the music they love, as well as be exposed to music they've never heard of.
My music students are taking Modern Band class because they are eager to explore the music they love and learn how to play instruments like guitar, bass, drum kit, and keyboard, but in order to do so we need certain technologies like USB/guitar cords, surge protectors, and tuners for our classroom!
Your help would allow them to play their electronic instruments in the classroom. From there, they'll be able to channel their passion and hard work and create learning and musical experiences that will have a lasting impact on their lives for years to come.
