My Students
Great writing needs to be modeled and learned! Shared writing experiences are powerful, research-based practices that can help children become better writers. This classroom easel will help propel students forward in their writing.
Our school is 40% Latino, 15% African-American, 15% White and an amazing mix of other backgrounds and cultures.
Many of our students are English Language Learners. In my classroom over half of the students are English Language Learners, and over 75% are eligible for free and reduced lunch.
My Project
Imagine a classroom that has gone from 22 students to 31... This is the sort of classroom that needs instructional supports! Please help our classroom get all the material support we need in order to have a well functioning space for student learning. This teacher easel will help me as the teacher model writing strategies, and enable children to write for their classmates to show they've learned great writing techniques.
We are a vibrant community of learners, and we need the material support only Donors Choose can provide!
