it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every Friday I teach art to my classroom. However, art projects aren’t cheap. Self-drying modeling clay is a cheaper way of working with clay without needing a kiln. It isn’t too complicated for my third graders and doesn’t leave a sticky smell on their fingers like plastelina does. It is something that I’ve worked with students in previous years with so much success; their pride and smiles of what they created is a testament to that. I've also requested snacks because sometimes kids need to eat something if they don’t eat breakfast.
