it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a Special Education Classroom and all of my students benefit from targeted small group instruction. I usually present academic content to the whole class using the classroom's white board, then we immediately get into our small groups to re-teach skills to struggling students. Currently, I use a small white board to guide students through math problems, phonics, or writing during small group, however there's only so much that fits in a tiny white board.
A mobile white board can help me pre-teach and reteach skills to a small group of students that are already identified as needing small group guided instruction and visuals to be successful!
Many of my students also have attention and hyperactivity deficits which make it difficult to attend to information presented in a large group. I can totally see how a mobile whiteboard will allow me to teach in different areas in the room and bring instruction closer to my students!
