Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our 5th grade students are truth seekers. They care about their school community. These scholars want to capture the many highlights that this school will display throughout the school year 2022 -2023 and beyond, such as holiday programs, art exhibits, career day, classroom math and science projects just to name a few.
These memory cards will compliment our digital video cameras and will give my students an opportunity to be a part of something amazing!
Early we did a project for cameras not realizing the memory cards were not included.
The popcorn machine, popcorn and bags will be used as part of our PBIS celebrations as well as a healthy treat at school wide performances. We will also be able to use them as part of our science lessons as we study how popcorn pops and math as we study cost of goods and services.
This school is a low socio - economic stricken school (district). These diverse scholars may not have the chance that many other schools have.
