My Project

Wow! I wrapped up year #46 only two weeks ago. The old saying is true, “Time flies when you are having fun!” Teaching kindergarten is fun and much more.

As I was packing up my room, I made a list of things we need for next year.

We need an arc binding system and discs so students can write, design and bind their own books. This will be a wonderful STEM activity. Our carpet markers bit the dust last year so I am requesting Pete the Cat Groovy Buttons carpet markers. We begin the year with numbers for lining up and sitting on the floor. After Christmas, we will transition to the buttons. We need a wide variety of stickers to use as rewards and for crafts. It's always fun to add new books to our classroom library. Last but certainly not least, we need to restock our supply of Kleenex no explanation needed!
