Students often struggle with mitosis vs. meiosis. The game allows students to compare and contrast the two different types of cell division. Students will work cooperatively playing the game, which not only allows them the ability to practice with science concepts but allows them to interact socially with their peers. So much of the content related to cell division is digital, this game allows students to interact with the content in a hands on manner. My goal for this project is to solidify this topic so students can better understand the genetic components of cell division.
