Miss Robyn's Emotional Wellness Project

Help me give my students board games and books that explain the different emotions they might be experiencing. Also, a snack to help them throughout the day.

My Project

My job in the school system allows me to help our students gain an understanding of the many emotions they will feel. I can help them to better understand these emotions by playing board games with them and also reading them books that tell stories that they can relate to. And let's be honest sometimes learning can bring out the hunger in you so it is always a good idea to have a snack to help your brain support all the new knowledge it has gained.

My goals for this project are to use the items requested to be able to help our students to learn some valuable tools that will benefit them throughout their life.

Life can be very hard for a lot of the students I work with as a good number of them come from low social economic status and do not always get the support they need at home. I feel like this allows me to be able to help them gain an understanding of some SEL topics that will be helpful to their success in the future.
