My Students

Being my first group of students, I have gotten a good one! The students I teach range in age from 6 to 9 and all are wonderful students! The students in my classroom have formed friendships across their ages, genders, and ability levels.

The students I have inspire me to be a better teacher, and they are the reason that I chose this profession.

I teach inclusion, so my students bring a wide array of ability levels (and personalities) to my classroom. They are all so different, yet we are aiming towards the same goal. We have good days and bad days, but through it all they make me laugh and smile.

My Project

As a first year teacher. I have not had the time to build my classroom library. I borrowed a Magic Treehouse Book to read to my class and they immediately fell in love with it. I want to give them the chance to have this experience with more books.

This is where I am asking for your help, I would like the opportunity to give my students the chance to read books they might not get the chance to otherwise.

They have a love for reading and hearing stories, and I want to make sure that I am able to allow them to continue that love.
