It's that time of year where I am noticing materials that are mysteriously missing or I am opening the cabinets and realizing I have no more supplies left.
My card stock, the scissors, large size post-its, band-aids and pencils are all dwindling, if not gone.
I have given many supplies to take home and now realizing, I need replenishing for my actual classroom.
All these materials will assist me in providing a rigorous and efficient classroom. Card stock is to help with creating and printing new centers and flashcards. Scissors for all 30 students to be able to participate in cut and paste activities and clearly pencils are necessary everyday!
My stapler has finally died and needs to be replaced as well used to continue to make packets for additional support and my fancy and fun bulletin board needs to be redone each month which requires many staples (so it cannot be ripped down). Lastly, the Large Post-it notes will help on anchor charts and in centers where the students can change an anchor chart daily to show comprehension of read alouds.
