Minor Classroom Upgrades to Prepare for Future Learning

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting three items that will be fine additions to my classroom. A printer, new office chair and a mobile whiteboard. I teach high school ELA and always have so many details and tips to ensure my students can understand the lessons, and not miss important details to complete their work. I have students that have different learning styles and would like to use the whiteboard for extra visuals or instructions. The book marks and notebooks are prize incentives for students that are exemplary in their studies, or students that have improved dramatically in their grade marks.
I have a used printer that has gotten me through the year, but it is only limited to printing functions and new printer would give me a better advantage to teach in class.
Copying in class would be very convenient, and having a printer with color copies capability would improve details for certain lessons for my students (visual learners). Having this printer in my class would be convenient, and help me deliver any handouts I have better than before. A new chair would be lovely because I have an old chair that was provided, but it is rather worn, and in need of a permanent retirement!
The materials in my classroom helped me out fine, but an upgrade such as the items in my cart would really improve my everyday functions tenfold. As a new teacher, I am very grateful for the materials provided to me by my school, and would like to give back to them by upholding educator expectations and providing a great learning experience for my students for years to come.
