This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this project, I have asked for whiteboards and markers for the students. The whiteboards that are currently used are older boards that are breaking frequently or are hard to erase. The students deserve high-quality materials that will help them be successful in school. These are crucial items for our students' continued success in the classroom. These materials will support students in everyday classroom learning. We use answer boards every week, and due to wear and tear, we need to replace some of them. I'm hopeful that these boards will hold up better than our existing set. Students enjoy using these boards to answer questions and engage in ELA lessons. The whiteboards will be a great resource to help my students read and write or practice their spelling words. I will have a whiteboard for every student to help them be successful. Whiteboards are a great tool to have in the classroom as they serve many discerner purposes.
