it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The students at our school LOVE playing soccer and it is a beloved recess activity. This year, we got even more participants in regular games due to the World Cup. Our old soccer goals have been used to the point of no return. The students would love new goals!
We need new soccer goals to keep the game going!
Our students are holding on to the goals that we have, but they are literally on their last string.
The amount of joy, not to mention the other benefits -health, teamwork, perseverance, good sportsmanship - our students get from playing soccer daily would warm your heart! Getting this project funded would really be scoring a GOAL for our students!
