Boy, do we love to cook in my class! From breakfast kabobs to yummy muffins, we're ready to tackle any recipe, just as long as we get to taste as we go.
I want to give my students chef uniforms and cooking materials so they can try out new recipes at school and at home.
Cooking is one of the best ways to bring people together, while also allowing moments to work independently. Many of these materials will also help us explore shape, color, texture, and more as we roll various foods with the rolling pins, and create new colors with the food coloring. We also want to include families and send materials home so children can help cook for and with their loved ones. And who doesn't love brownies?
