Help me give my students the opportunity to see their work displayed on the whiteboard. Also the pencils, markers, erasers , sharpeners, colored paper and card stock will assist students to produce their best projects.

My Students
I am afforded the opportunity to teach the most promising group of energetic and curious fourth graders. These scholars are excited about school, and the opportunities that are presented to them on a daily basis. But there are obstacles that create challenges for most. More than seventy- five percent of them are coming from low-income households. And the added uncertainty of COVID - 19 has further derailed my students. These challenges affect how their day progress, but never-the-less they continue to persevere to achieve their daily goals, sometimes remotely other times in person. Simple tools such as pencils, sharpeners, erasers, post it self stick table top pads, dry erase markers, desk top sharpeners and sharpie colored markers are needed to help my scholars.
Having the stamina to persevere through challenges have allowed these scholars to developed some skills they need to be partially successful.
But the need for those basic tools in their classroom and at home is a grave one. I do not want these scholars to be partially successful. I want them to be successful.
My Project
The tools and materials I am requesting for my scholars, are for their enhancement, and are absolutely needed. My scholars will be eagerly awaiting their tools and supplies.
These scholars sharpened minds could only do so much, without tools and materials such as pencils, markers ,scissors, erasers, sharpeners, colored paper and card stock their creativity would not stifled.
That will be ashamed. I would be robbed of the opportunity to see what how my scholars interpret what they were taught. These scholars will be working a few days in school and other days from home. Their projects will tell a great story.
The magnetic board will display the creative projects my scholars have created. The post it notes and class sharpener will allow scholars to socially distance while working independently. So it is with great appreciation and sincere gratitude my scholars and I will be eagerly awaiting our tools and materials.
