Help me give my students tools to help promote mindfulness and help students manage their anxiety beyond my office.

My Project

Anxiety and depression have been on the rise and it is apparent with our student body. Middle school years can already be a very difficult time and adding increased mental health stress makes it even more difficult to manage.

While we teach mindfulness and stress management strategies in our Counseling Offices, many of the students need tools to use beyond our office walls.

These fidget and stress management tools will be something concrete we can give them to use when they leave. We go through so many every year, especially since COVID.
