Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to affect our way of living the majority of my students have persevered and have demonstrated eagerness to continue to learn from home.
They now have access to technology, but I want them to have hands-on mindful activities to help them continue to cope and brighten their days.
My Project
My students are continuing to persevere and grow their minds during this difficult and uncertain time. I want them to have some mindful activities to do at home to keep them motivated.
These items will provide moments of joy as they create art, have fun playing UNO with their family, and enjoy a book to read.
Every child deserves to feel happy and safe. Though we are living through this difficult time please help me provide my students and their families with some moments of quality mindfulness with these activities.
