My Project

I would like to adopt Yo Re Mi's proven instructional philosophy in my classroom. I will learn how to teach yoga, breathing and mindfulness techniques. I will better understand the physiology of stress and learn

strategies for classroom management.

My students will benefit from a properly trained yoga instructor. I will be able to show my students the impact of practicing mindfulness and yoga. Proper training will also allow me to turn key my training. I will be able to share with my coworkers in hopes that Yo Re Mi will be used in their classrooms.
