My Project
Twice a year, students in our school are provided with a wellness week, where they have the opportunity to focus on what they need personally in order to be successful in the classroom and in their relationships. For the next well ness week, the requested mats will provide students with an opportunity to participate in a yoga class. Students are encouraged to practice breathing and stretching exercises as needed to relieve any tension they may have. Students will have full access to the mats, along with space to practice techniques centered around the skills they are learning. The yoga mats will provide students with the comfort and easy access to complete these exercises.
