My Project
Middle school is a pivotal time for students as they navigate their academic and personal lives. To support their emotional well-being and academic success, we are seeking funding for a project that integrates Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and mindfulness practices into our curriculum. Our goal is to provide our students with the tools they need to manage stress, build resilience, and foster positive relationships.
With your support, we will implement a comprehensive SEL program that includes interactive lessons on emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective communication.
Additionally, we will incorporate mindfulness activities such as guided meditation, breathing exercises, and reflective journaling. These practices will be woven into our daily routine, creating a supportive environment where students feel valued and understood.
Your generous contribution will fund essential resources including SEL activities, classroom materials, and games to effectively facilitate these practices.
