This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

By donating to this fund, you'll be providing my students with the resources they need to unwind and recharge during their hectic school day. With these supplies, such as stress-relief tools, calming activities, and mindfulness materials, my students will have the opportunity to take just one period to focus on their mental well-being. In today’s fast-paced academic environment, it’s easy for students to feel overwhelmed, and having a dedicated time to destress can make all the difference in their overall emotional and academic success. Your support will empower them to manage stress, improve focus, and build resilience—all essential skills for both school and life. Together, we can create a space where students feel seen, supported, and better prepared to take on the challenges of the day.
