My Project

Help me give my students the paint, canvases, pastels, brushes, and calming resources they need to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop mindfulness through art and therapy-based activities.

My students need access to a range of art materials -- including acrylic, oil, and watercolor paints; watercolor paper, oil pastels; paintbrushes; and canvases -- along with calming sound tools and cleanup supplies.

These tools will allow them to engage in mindful art practices that support emotional regulations, self-expression, and healing.

Many of my students face daily stress, anxiety, or trauma, and they benefit deeply from having a creative outlet where they can safely process emotions. By combining mindfulness techniques with therapeutic activities, this project gives students a space to slow down, reflect, and express themselves in nonverbal ways. With your support, we can create a peaceful, inspiring environment where students not only learn artistic techniques but also gain essential life skills like mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional resilience.
