My Project
This project will provide essential professional development resources for a trauma-informed social worker focused on integrating mindfulness and creative practices into student support. The items in this project include:
Professional books and guides on trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based approaches
Art supplies such as acrylics, oils, watercolors, pastels, brushes, and canvases for hands-on mindful art activities
Calming tools such as sound resources and sensory supports to create a soothing environment
Workshop or training materials that strengthen mindfulness and therapeutic skills
Together, these materials will help deepen trauma-informed practices, expand mindfulness strategies, and enhance the ability to meet student emotional and mental health needs through creative, compassionate interventions.
