Mind Matters: A High School Mental Health Journal Journey

Help me give my students essential supplies that will empower them to express themselves and prioritize their mental health. We need a class printer, journaling pens, a notebook maker, printer paper and lamination sheets.

My Project

I am asking for a class printer, notebook maker, journaling pens, laminating pouches, and a laminator. These resources will empower my students to personalize their Mindful Minds Journals, allowing them to use these journals throughout the school year in a way that meets their individual needs.

The objective of this project is to help my students learn to identify their mental health needs, develop effective coping strategies, and communicate their feelings to others.

By utilizing their personalized journals, they will gain valuable skills to navigate their emotions and articulate how to seek help when needed.

My students are truly remarkable individuals, each coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences. They refuse to let their circumstances define them, and through this project, we aim to celebrate their uniqueness while fostering resilience and emotional awareness.
