Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This equipment will help the student-athletes at our Middle School be able to train with natural movements and help them be explosive at the same time. Every competitive sport played here, from Volleyball to Track, uses explosiveness. Using the kettlebell grip will improve that, especially since we have the dumbells already. The landmine and biking press attachment will also help with their hip explosion. This equipment will really help our athletes excel in all team sports.

As a school, many of our athletes don't play any sports until 7th grade and we are far behind other schools, which have athletes playing since the age of 4.

Our kids are some of the toughest and most hard-working students I could ever want to coach. This material will help us grow as a program on the field and, with success on the field, it will come off-field, too.
