Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
After spending the last several years supporting our younger learners, I will be moving up to help our middle schoolers as they learn more about themselves and how to be safe, responsible, and respectful individuals as they grow up. As I spent the last years collecting resources for younger students, I’m in need of some upgrades to support our bigger minds and bodies in my new counseling classroom. These items will not only help the day to day needs of my students but also help in my new community service based elective where students will learn how to support and give back to their community.
