Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classes are filled with students embarking on the production process for the first time. They need materials to build props, practice and apply stage makeup (for all skin tones), and organize everything for storage afterward.

The most diverse middle school in our state needs your help to provide experiences that will build confidence and self-esteem.

1/4 of our students hear another language at home. We have over 30 languages spoken in our building. Over 70% of my students qualify for free meals at school.

We use a reward system called LiveSchool. They earn points for excellence and we need rewards for them to buy with those points. They are driven and work hard. These kids are hungry for snacks and success!
