This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A lot of the times, the kids who come in the library need a little help making friends and/or just socializing in general. Having games and puzzles gives kids something they can do together and simultaneously help break the ice. Each year, I go to garage/yard sales to find games/puzzles for my students. The hard part is that this often means missing pieces (especially frustrating when you're 7 pieces short of completing a 1000 piece puzzle).

Please help me give my library kids quiet but fun activities they can do to make friends and enjoy their limited free time at school!
